MARY KAY COSMETICS
As a full-time employee for Mary Kay, Inc., I have helped launch multiple cosmetic lines and products as well as sales force-facing programs using a combination of concept work, branding, positioning and delivering materials to the marketplace.
LATIN AMERICA PRODUCT LAUNCH
Developed two creative concepts, and based on the chosen route, created toolkits for print/digital pieces and social media posts for the Latin American market.
EUROPEAN PRODUCT campaign
The European marketing department requested a creative campaign to promote Mary Kay serums to its customers. So the creative team worked with them to deliver a theme and assets.
CUSTOMER AND SALES FORCE-FACING CAMPAIGNS & Positioning statements
Created concepts/positioning statements for the following product quarters before executing both B2C and B2B materials.
Fuller cosmetics
Mexico-based Fuller Cosmetics wanted a fresh, comprehensive renovation of its 50-year-old brand. In conjunction with a team of creative professionals*, I created two conceptual routes that were tested to determine the preferred route: Celebrate Mexico. Based on this route, the team developed and executed a large-scale brand renovation for the Fuller Cosmetics brand, its best-selling collections and products and all consumer-facing collateral.
Conceptual Testing
Two routes were developed and tested in local markets before renovation was initiated. "Celebrate Mexico" was chosen.

Flip-through product guides were created for each brand, showcasing positioning, creative work, packaging and product benefit.
